update and registry rant...
so if you are not prepared to read a rant then just ignore this post...
*so drew and i went to target this morning to look up someone else's registry, turns out that person/couple didn't register at target so we were just going to print out ours and compare it to the stuff we have registered for at macy's to make sure that we didn't have 2 toasters or something like that. well we printed it out and to our surprise there were some random things on there and then some things that i added last time that weren't on there...WEIRD!! the stuff that was on there that wasn't supposed to be were some baby mittens-like the things you put on newborn hands so they don't scratch themselves, and a jazz cd...yes these 2 random things were on our wedding registry, and no i am not pregnant and in need of 2 packages of blue baby mittens, nor do drew and i want a jazz cd...so we went to customer service, and had to wait forever and then he told us the only thing we can do is manually go through the gun thing and delete the "awkward" items and then go add the thing that was supposed to be on there, so a quick trip turned into an hour long ordeal...
*then macy's...it was entertaining...the registry that they print out is like a receipt so it's hard to read, the scanner gun they gave us was old as dirt with a very dim screen and drew had a tough time with it, and their selection was not very good...
*all good and dandy until we went to bed bath and beyond...amanda had some trouble with this place looking up someones stuff and i really thought she was just upset that day and it wasn't that bad, boy was i wrong!! the customer service person was not very nice or helpful nor did she know what she was doing...so frustrating!! then she finally gets the registry printed out and it's 17 pages long, yes 17 and it's for a wedding on saturday, yes this saturday and there was next to nothing checked as "received" so according to this print out, this couple has gotten NOTHING from their bed bath and beyond registry-which is very very had to believe...now, for the next problem with bed bath and beyond, and the one that amanda had so many issues with was the fact that soooooo many, if not most of the items were marked as "see associate" which means that it's not in the store and that you have to order it and it has to be sent to the store...BLAH!!! so needless to say they got a gift card....BLAH!!
...now for the happy part!!
drewby and i actually sat down and talked about disney world, oh by the way did i tell you that WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD FOR THE HONEYMOON!!!!!!

drewby and i actually sat down and talked about disney world, oh by the way did i tell you that WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD FOR THE HONEYMOON!!!!!!and on-line you can set up a registry for the honeymoon so i worked on that this afternoon while he had a meeting at work, so it's still "under construction" because i have to figure out some stuff, but i think we will eventually just have it where you can go put money on a gift card that we can use for extra food, or "stuff"
only 188 more days...
